| In the Internet era,the communications between people have not only been limited to traditional forms like oral or written,social media platform has also been a mean of communication between the virtual world and the real world.Because of the widespread use of social media,a large amount of information related to public life,work and other aspects of social have been accumulated on the social platform,and these social media information resources are generated from social media platforms.Social media archives are the part of these mass social media information that have value of checking and credential,which are one of important and special information resources.But at this stage,because the public and the archives departments do not understand and do not pay attention to this new type of archives,they can't be managed reasonably and effectively.By combing and analyzing the academic literature and practical achievements at domestic and foreign,this paper discusses the progress and achievements in the research of social media archives from the aspects of theme and content.Taking Micro-blog and WeChat,the most active platforms for information exchange and dissemination in the current social media,as an example,this paper puts forward some methods and suggestions on the collection,identification and archiving of "Double Micro" files by using the method of platform investigation.On this basis,we consider the difficulties of social media archives management and the direction of future research,so as to promote the effective management and practice of social media archives.The main contents of this paper include the following six chapters:Chapter 1 The introduction.This chapter first of all combined with the background and trend of the current era,the purpose and significance of the topic,as well as the necessity of topic research.Secondly,the domestic and foreign research on the topic of the status and dynamic understanding and analysis.Finally,the contents and ideas of the research are planned,and the innovation of the paper is expounded.Chapter 2 Related concepts and theories.Focusing on the main body of the text,this paper expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis,including the concept and characteristics of social media,including micro-blog and WeChat,two kinds of social media.The definition and specification of social media files are explained.Finally,the research framework and research boundaries are introduced.Chapter 3 Investigation and analysis of social media information collection.First of all,it introduces the current situation of social media information management practice research at home and abroad,understands the development stage of the related project practice.On the basis of mastering the current research situation,it investigates and observes the social media platform.The social media data related to the research are obtained by the crawler as the basis of the next research.Chapter 4 Archiving and management of social media archives.This chapter mainly discusses the filing time,filing requirements and management measures of social media files.Chapter 5 Problems and development strategies in archiving and management of social media archives.Based on the literature review of social media archives research at home and abroad and the related conclusions of social media platform research,the problems and obstacles of social media archives archiving and management are analyzed in detail.Suggestions for improvement are put forward.Chapter 6 Conclusions and prospects.The main conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the shortcomings and improvements of this paper are put forward,as well as the development direction of future research is prospected. |
