| Since the 1980 s,local archives resources have attached great importance to the collection,sorting and development of local characteristic archives,from historical events celebrities,historic sites,family tree,nation,commercial,patriotic education,and other perspectives to enrich the collection,to develop and utilize it effectively,so as to maximize the value of archival work.Under the background of the new era,how to apply the new vision and new thinking to discover the unacknowledged precious value has became a new issue facing the national comprehensive archives at all levels.At present,there are many aspects of the development of local characteristic archives that are still worth thinking and studying,and there is room for exploration and improvement in theory and practice.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper combines empirical research and analysis.This paper has investigated the development of local characteristic archives in Shaanxi Archives,the representative municipal and county(district)comprehensive archives of Guanzhong,Southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi.To study the problems and shortcomings in the development of local characteristic archives resources,institutional talent building,compilation and utilization,publicity and promotion,informatization construction,application of new theories and new technologies: The development of local characteristic archives lack of system guarantee;The literacy of file practitioners is uneven;The development content of local characteristic archives resources is few and the propaganda strength is weak;The integration of local characteristic archival resources information structure is low.Lack of innovation in the development of local characteristic archives resources.Understand and summarize the difficulties and experiences in this work,systematically analyze the existing problems,and put forward the solutions and development strategies.That is: Establishing and Improving the System of Development and Construction of Local Characteristic Archives;Strengthen the file talent team construction;Increase information and education efforts;Focus on developing archival products and strengthening the informatization of local characteristic archives;Attach importance to the innovative application of archival services and draw lessons from foreign advanced experience.At the same time,in the course of writing this paper,some successful cases of this work in other areas outside Shaanxi province are also cited,in order to provide some references and suggestions for the development of local characteristic archives resources in China.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,expounds the research situation at home and abroad,introduces the background,significance and research methods of the thesis,and draws up a map of the thesis' s research thinking.The second chapter clarifies the concept,the concept of local characteristic archives,local characteristic archives,and local characteristic archives resources.This paper expounds and analyzes the theory of social memory,the development theory of archival information resources,and the service theory of archives utilization.Chapter three,selected Shaanxi Provincial Archives and Guanzhong,Northern Shaanxi,Southern Shaanxi and other representative municipal and county archives to conduct investigation and research,to its collection status,the construction and development of the current situation to explore.The fourth chapter,based on the status of investigation and research,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in the development of local characteristic archives resources.Chapter five puts forward the development strategies for the development of local characteristic archives from the institutional safeguards,talent building,publicity and education,informatization construction,development and innovative application of local characteristic archival products.Finally,the conclusions and the shortcomings of this paper are analyzed and summarized. |
