Study On The Social Development Of Archival Information Resources In Comprehensive Archives

The development of archival information resources is an important link to realize the value of archives,and meeting the needs of archives is the direction of archives development..China's archives collection is huge,information resources development work needs to invest a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources,it is impossibility to complete such a huge project just relying on the archives staff.In the face of problems,such as the lack of in-depth development of archival information resources and the poor use of resources in China,that recognizing the common development status of archival institutions and social subjects,organizing and social force to participate in the development of archival information resources,digging the value of archives to meet the needs of the society's archives is an important way to promote the development of archives.This paper is a research on the social development of archives resources in comprehensive archives.Based on the analysis of the successful experience of foreign countries and the reality of economic and social development in our country,this paper puts forward the strategies for realizing the social development of archives resources in comprehensive archives in the present stage,especially in the future.The main contents and research conclusions of the thesis are as follows: The first part of the paper is the introduction,explaining the background of the research topics and the significance of the research,the current research situation,concept definition,the research content,the research methods and the innovations.The second part is the necessity and feasibility of archival information resources social development in comprehensive archives,in order to relieve archives manpower shortage,meet the demand of the public archives,improve the realization of social archives consciousness level to illustrate its necessity,from the aspects of policy guidance,technical support and practical reference to illustrate its feasibility.The third part analyzes the constraints of realizing the social development of archives information resources in comprehensive archives,including six aspects: legal and regulatory,management system,collection resource,concept consciousness,intellectual property,and technical standard.In the fourth part,puts forward the strategies for realizing the social development of archives resources in comprehensive archives,the author puts forward solutions from the aspects of improving laws and regulations,improving management system,strengthening resources construction,changing development concept,improving intellectual property rights system,and setting up a unified technology platform.The fifth part analyzes the shortcomings of this article,and summarizes the full text.
