Research And Design Of The Knowledge Base Of Operation And Maintenance Of Local Taxation

In recent years,with the high-speed development of computer technology and the general improvement of tax informatization,the informatization in tax department grows rapidly.Information management in tax is one of the features in the information age,the number of information systems in the tax department are also increasing,inevitably,the maintenance will be needed accordingly,and which will be the basis for the tax application systems' stable and smooth operation.If the operational information can be collected,sorted out to form operational knowledge,meanwhile,it can be stored and managed professionally,then we can accumulate the operation knowledge instead of causing the loss of it,which will provide better service operations to ensure the stable and smooth running of taxation information system.This thesis is based on local optimization problem management platform,giving deep analysis for the current situation of local operations,introducing the problems in the current taxation operations and the necessity of establishing operational knowledge base in taxation.After full analysis of the requirement,we'll learn lessons from the current relatively popular knowledge base system,the advantages of using the MVC design pattern,the mature Java Web SSH framework,middleware products and database software to meet operational knowledge needs.Considering the actual situation of local operations,deep analysis of the structure of the local operational knowledge,after the matching of knowledge classification and retrieval research,then analyze the two technical difficulties to think up the reasonable solutions.Local operational knowledge base will achieve the effective management and maintenance of local knowledge retrieval by operating six big modules: knowledge management,authority management,knowledge retrieval,document management and so on.Convenient and efficient knowledge management and full text retrieval will bring great experience for users,will greatly improve the taxation operation management and operational efficiency.
