With the formation of knowledge economy theory in the early 1980 s,the society has gradually changed from material economy to knowledge economy,and the concept of knowledge management has been born.Effective knowledge management can not be separated from the efficient knowledge sharing,enterprises can use collective wisdom to improve innovation ability and strain capacity through knowledge sharing,knowledge has become one of the key factors of business success and prosperity.With cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies continue to emerge,develop and mature,it has changed from financial information to information technology of finance,"No technology,no financial" has become a consensus.With the advance of science and technology functions,IT participates in the whole process of business and product innovation,it is not simply part of the business support,but also lead the organization of business development and innovation.Financial technology innovation not only brings new business models and financial products to A bank,at the same time,the scale of business system is expanding.The system architecture,network construction and business function are becoming more and more complicated.Not only A bank data center operation and maintenance workload greatly increased,but also the knowledge ability of employees to put forward higher requirements.Employees only to further enhance their work efficiency and knowledge ability to calmly face the heavy operation and maintenance pressure.So,building A bank data center IT operation and maintenance knowledge sharing platform is to solve the current situation.The data center of A bank IT operation business,analysis the existing problems of current IT operation and service level through the sharing of knowledge,the overall design of the platform for IT maintenance knowledge,planning the main functional modules,roles and permissions,item writing,core process,knowledge sharing model.Using Microsoft SPUD to complete the IT operation and maintenance knowledge recognition and classification,the application of knowledge classification network model refinement knowledge classification,improve the timeliness and accuracy of retrieval.Using OneNote to build a knowledge sharing platform to achieve IT operation,IT operation and maintenance of knowledge sharing in the main functions of the platform,the platform provides management and maintenance of knowledge sharing in IT,and use NAS to solve the problem of sharing and user rights management,introducing SINFOR SSL VPN through communication line LAN Internet access for mobile Internet access,complete the IT knowledge sharing platform demand.After aging and failure to handle the request sheet length analysis of IT operation platform for knowledge sharing,parameter maintenance,error of single single single single problem and network access processing efficiency has been improved;and take the number of single user application,fault processing efficiency did not change significantly.Use the questionnaire to understand the staff for the operation and maintenance of IT knowledge sharing platform with high satisfaction,is most satisfied with the validity of knowledge,and the basic consensus that OneNote is a powerful knowledge classification network using search fast and convenient,but also put forward the problems,such as lack of effective knowledge training and knowledge contribution motivation system perfect the corresponding system aiming at the two problems,to improve the efficiency of the staff and their ability to.Finally,through the summary of this paper,the future research direction is put forward.The following conclusions are summarized based on this research:1.The normative knowledge base can effectively improve the ability of the IT operations staff.2.The process of IT operation and maintenance is also the process of creating knowledge,which can further add value to the knowledge assets of the organization by organizing the new knowledge into the knowledge base.3.The effective storage,the efficient dissemination and the convenience of visitors to knowledge base to acquire knowledge are the key influencing factors of knowledge sharing.4.The overall design of knowledge base requires planning training plan and incentive system.5.OneNote has a powerful search function and sharing method.It is a very good knowledge management tool.
