In the modern life,due to the vigorous development of social economy.Vehicles have played an irreplaceable role in people's life and work.However,the large increase in vehicles has led to a serious problem of traffic congestion,not only in the cities,but also in the rural areas.If government increases road construction blindly,it will cause other problems,especially in the compact city.Therefore,the relevant departments should be effective management of vehicles,relying on advanced science and technology,and the Internet to monitor and direct the vehicles.This article discusses the integration of intelligent transportation system with electronic information and communication technology as a new trend,and analyzes the application in traffic system.First,discusses the design purpose and network mode of the intelligent transportation system,which makes the road congestion reduction and the road accidents decrease,take into account all factors involved in traffic including pedestrian,vehicle,road condition,surroundings,etc.Vehicle monitoring is the key part of the traffic management,makes every effort to combine advanced modern communication technologies(such as global satellite positioning GPS and geographical information technology GIS),which makes the management of the traffic more convenient,efficient.Secondly,because our country's newest intelligent transportation system uses the sensor network,the RFID(radio frequency Identification)and the mobile communication support technology to create the ground traffic management platform,realizes the vehicle monitoring,the various road state real-time determination.Therefore,the combination of this design and IoT makes the road vehicle monitoring more advanced standard and mature.Finally,based on the above background,combined with maturation of city road vehicle monitoring,mainly studies and designs the implement of rural road vehicle monitoring communication network.This text firstly introduces the development of rural road and vehicle monitoring system.Followed by the introduction of intelligent transportation systems,and the intelligent transportation is described both at home and abroad.It analyzes the system structure,and on this basis,the basic principle and method of vehicle monitoring for further discussion are given.Then analyzes the global mobile communication network and the global positioning system,they are composed of the main component of vehicle monitoring system.The research content includes: Using of 4G for wireless data communication,on the basis of digital cellular mobile,to implement localization.Designing of on-board unit,the monitoring center.Overall functional design and the application of short message in vehiclemonitoring.Wireless communication network transmission platform development.Designed system not only has small time delay and strong practicability,but it has high efficiency,low error rate.In the future,it will play an important role in practical applications.
