Nowadays,office information and office automation play an important role in the development process of enterprise with the growing development of market economy.This phenomenon is particularly obvious in enterprises.An excellent OA system can greatly improve the working order and working efficiency of the enterprises.With the continuous expansion of company sizes,enterprises establish branches in many cities.Before the popularity of information systems,each branch of the enterprise transfers notices,documents or other information through telephone or mail.There is a certain delay reaction of the management department of the branch after receiving the information form the head office.Also the inconsistency of the data storage causes massive loss of historical data and no references for the work to follow,making the operation of the entire enterprise become to get half the results with twice the effort.Based on this situation,an OA office platform,which is the management software of flow automation with independent development in a company,is studied in this paper.This platform is mainly designed for the management and optimization of internal office process of the enterprise.Referring to the Workflow Management Coalition(WfMC),the workflow management system is proposed,which defines the structure of the workflow management system and the interface between the workflow management system,application tools,management tools and other workflow systems.The OA office platform is composed of two parts: operation platform and tool for service customization.The operation platform is based on foundation framework,web application framework,workflow engine,data interface,data interface,image processing engine,system integration framework,running platform interface and standard.The tool for service customization is based on information resource management,organization and authority management,business data,management tools for email data,customization of document flow,customization of document form,customization of document approval,assist office tools and management tools.The main research contents of this paper include the following parts.Firstly,the source of the collaborative office system of enterprise is introduced,and the purpose and significance of the research are pointed out.Then the development of OA collaborative office management system at home and abroad,the main content of the research project,the system platform,the key technology and development tools are analyzed.Secondly,the relative technical analysis and the system analysis and project design of this subject are introduced.Then the feasibility is analyzed.Based on requirement analysis and functional analysis of management and operation mode,the performance requirements of the system are studied.Thirdly,a system model is established.The design of the system function module,the system administrator,the use case diagrams drawn by foreground user and the system flow chart are introduced with the combination of the demand analysis of the enterprise operation flow.At the same time,the graphing results of the flow charts of main modules and the method to achieve the system are described in the detailed design of the system.Then the system is tested based on the analysis of the purpose,the principle,the environment and the result of the system test.Also the BUG of the system is solved in the development of this system.Finally,the summary and prospect of OA cooperative office management system of enterprises are made based on this design project and its application.
