School Union Management System Design And Realization

With the development of network technology and the prevalence of Internet, human beings have entered into an epoch of informaion-based networking. As a organization of connecting closely all levels of the working staff, in order to build a harmonious campus, the school Labour Union shoulders the responsibility not only for protecting the staff's legal rights and benefits during the course of school reforming and its steady developing, but also for giving full play to the staff's functions as hosts while focusing on the school's key tasks. Therefor for the sake of well fuifilling all these obligations, the school union should carry out transfering the information through networking and in the form of integratingtalization.In order to meet the needs of networking management for school union's officing information, this thesis has presented the study on how to estalish a web-based synthetic MIS for campus union' office automation:based on the functional campus LAN, this system has applied the B/S pattern and popular JSP technology, concerning not only the function of noting and posting, leader's mailbox and files cetre, etc.,but also many advanced features such as versatile and multi-level users and high security, etc.The contributions of this thesis are as follows: first, it has introduced the relavent fundamental knowledge of building a managerial system for the campus union'office automation; second, guided by the practical requirement of the union'offic management and using the opening source solution, it has finished the frame designs and various functional module designs for the whole managerial system, which a high system security can be obtained by introduing a special multi-level security scheme;and the last, it is characterized by a friendly interface, a convenient operation and remarkable functions capable of meeting the need of users in every level.This system has used Apache Tomcat as the web server container, MySql as database management system, but has had no special requirements to clients' browser.
