Collaborative Office Automation System Based On B / S Architecture Design And Realization

Nowadays, the rapid development of information technology, people can use advanced technology to deal with a variety of business and enterprise office information, such as the work security in the enterprise, document processing and information dissemination. Network office automation system in the information network and data processing technology background, has become a reality. After entering the WTO, Chinese enterprises will face more severe challenges of foreign financial institutions. How to change management, deepen the content of service, and improve service means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the new century will be the key to the sustainability of development.In this thesis, based on B/S mode, the coordination office automation systems will take full advantage of network technology and database technology. In the B/S mode, combined with object-oriented thinking, it is to discuss the design of office automation system. This thesis researches on the concept of office automation system and basic content, and then the office automation system and its operation mode is stated, and also explore the the basic concepts of B/S mode. Besides, the method of designing office automation system is described.Subsequently this thesis in the B/S mode technology system, describes how to use ASP.NET technology, C# programming language, UML modeling tools, and SQL Server database tools for analysis, design and realization of office automation system. Then, the system needs analysing, analysis of system function and performance requirements, the main function of the system needed to achieve is defined, and then design the overall system structure and data flow diagram. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the design of primary database of the coordination office, and furthermore designs the database tables in detail. Respectively, to design ER diagram and fields. On this basis, the thesis realizes the main functions of cooperative office system modules, including System log, document systems, file management, personal work platform, general management, and system management module, and the module performance and functionality testing.The test results show that the cooperative office automation system is stable, and fast access. You can effectively carry out basic operations of business office functions such as file management, document management, financial management, general management and so on. It is a set of really valuable software system used for the development of enterprise informatization and automation.
