Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Office Automation System Based On ASP.NET

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,computer application is more and more popular in the enterprise office.The office automation system has realized the automation of office process and runs steadily.But,as the enterprise scale is growing,and the number of employees is increasing,the enterprise office management has become more complex,traditional office mode became an evident disadvantages of high cost,low efficiency.In order to meet the needs of modern office,improve the efficiency of enterprise office,office automation system came into being,and in government agencies,enterprises and institutions,schools and other organization.With the rapid development of the "Internet +",small Internet companies have been growing up quickly.More and more "Internet +" innovation will be produced from bottom to top,enterprises need to adapt to changing market.The miniaturization network organization,internal market,organization,mobile Internet era to deal with the environment more successful,to encourage enterprises in each small unit more actively,more boldly,more creative work.The future of the enterprise boundary may disappear,in the form of organization also tend to be smaller and smaller.This system is designed and developed according to the actual needs of the daily office of small Internet enterprises.It makes the enterprise employees take full advantage of the convenience of the computer network,as long as the staff in the office log in the office automation system can carry out the huge convince and efficient,realize the paperless office,improve the working efficiency and the level of enterprise management.This paper mainly introduces the process of enterprise office automation system design and implementation.First of all,I introduced this research background,significance and the main work of the paper,and explained the theory and related technology in the whole development process of the system.Secondly,I made detailed study and analyze requirements and feasibility of the system.Finally,according to the actual needs of the enterprise,I have designed and realized the function of the system in detail,and constructed the user interface layer by using the B/S three-tier architecture pattern,ASP.NET and SQL Server network database technology,constructed the user interface layer,business logic layer,component database service layer three safe and efficient access system.For system function implementation,this system has designed system management,official document circulation,personnel transfer,schedule arrangement,conference arrangement,attendance and other modules.This system realizes the office personnel coordination,document circulation,administrative and personal office management,job tracking,etc.It solves the problem of the modern enterprise management,improves efficiency of office work.Moreover,the system promote the management standardization,institutionalization and coordination for enterprise office.
