System Design And Implementation Of Career Capabilities Planning For College Students

College students employability,namely the comprehensive abilities of pursuing a certain profession or career for a college student,is one of the core ingredients for a successful career development and one of the most critical element for a professional quality.College career capabilities Recourse Repository System is an application of Internet that aims to solve the employment difficulty of college graduates and improve their employability by integrating social resources.It may serve as a platform to cultivate the employability and ability to take examinations by applying Internet and mobile Internet techniques and can be widely used by colleges and universities,vocation training institutes and individuals to promote career development.The main contribution of this thesis includes:This thesis raised comprehensive College Recourse Repository System to promote the employability of college undergraduates including the improvement of their ability to take NEEP(National Entrance Examination for Postgraduate),National Examination for Admissions to the Civil Service,Certificate Examinations,Higher Vocation Colleges Tests and the promotion of their employability and entrepreneurship.This study adopts action research as the methodology according to various needs and presents a detailed design for the overall structure and function module of the system which includes subsystems of data base,assessment,and course learning.It has realized a integrative management of framework information,course,test paper,colleges,and assessment.Finally,this study builds the system's functions by local recourse procurement and remote mirroring,and administers primary test in practice.It can design different online study courses according to different needs with the help of advanced database and friendly interface system,provide technical solution for library LAN,personal account of college LAN and Internet users,and supply study,test,assessment and feedback functions for teachers and librarians in colleges and universities.It collects the feedback from students.It also has the following characterized auxiliary functions: self assessment and report function,aptitude analysis test and report function,individual study record and planning function,download teaching materials of renowned professors,and opportunities of repetition learning.
