Study On Enterprise R&D Ability Evaluation Based On BP Neural Network

Advanced technology can provide a competitive advantage for the enterprise, the main purpose of research and development in the enterprise is to obtain advanced technology. Enterprises’continuous technological innovation can make enterprises in the leading position, the enterprise who mastering the core technology of the enterprise is able to be invincible. In the 21st century, technology is developing more and more quickly, the enterprise R&D capability becomes increasingly important. However, the current study about research and development capabilities is not very mature, although it is highly valued, and how make a comprehensive evaluation of R&D capability is an urgent problem needing to work out..In this paper, based on a lot of researches in the past, combined with their own research and development capabilities, put forward the theory from four aspects of evaluation:R&D investment, R&D output, the internal operations and the internal environment, the external environment. Design the index system of enterprise R&D capability evaluation index system which includes a 32-level indicators, this index system can be more comprehensive on evaluation of the R&D capacity. This index system basically includes traditional indicators and were largely expanded, not only from the R&D process valuate the enterprise R&D capabilities, and find the appropriate evaluation from the internal and external environmental factors which affecting R&D capabilities, this is compared more comprehensive to traditional evaluation system.This paper includes the following aspects:In the first chapter, introduce the topic of this paper, the present status of the evaluation in our country and abroad, describes the innovation content and methods of this article. The second chapter is to introduce the concept to define and support the theory, these studies were selected to build the basis for follow-up evaluation index system model. The third chapter describes the present situation of research and development capabilities and existing problems, reflecting the significance to build evaluation index system of enterprise development capabilities and provide some ideas about selection of evaluation. The fourth chapter is the core sections of this paper, this chapter introduces the principles of index system and build the R&D capability evaluation index system, specifically addressed the significance of each indicators and selection methods. The fifth chapter describes evaluation model-neural network evaluation model in this paper, including the reasons for selecting this evaluation method, how to build neural network model evaluation methods and how to explain the last result. The sixth chapter is the application of neural network evaluation model to evaluate R&D capability evaluation, through this chapter to verify the usability and effectiveness of the model. Chapter Ⅶ is a summary of the full text and future prospects.Combining the neural network evaluation method and evaluation of enterprise R&D capability is a new try compared with the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, gray correlation analysis method, AHP, etc, it has its own unique advantages, That is to reduce the situation of human determining the index weight which may increase the objectivity of the evaluation to some extent.
