In recent years, with the penetration of higher education in China to expand thescale of university students in the growing record high numbers of students enrolled. Atthe same time, the tough job market of college graduates appears year by year.Graduates Employment in today’s society is a widespread problem. The reasons for thisare the large scale of the graduates, as well as the transition of the socio-economicparadigm and talent demand. To some extent, students’ employment difficulty is theperformance of higher education personnel training mode secede from actual socialneeds. Therefore the careers guidance for the university students is a link betweenstudents and socio-professional, in this way can enhance the mutual understanding ofthe students and the community jobs and also reduce or avoid the blindness andirrationality of the student employment. In the meanwhile, employment of the graduatesof colleges and universities is another important task. The employment rate indicatorhas also become an important indicator to reflect the schools build social talentscapacity. All colleges and universities adjust their training programs, also increase theintensity of school career guidance at the same time. This paper argues thatimplementation of career guidance, including an important foundation for students’basic grasp which consist the information of the students’ professional skills, students’personal information, the character of students and students’ interests and hobbies, etc.,only to master these basic situations can effectively carry out employment guidance toenable students to an independent planning the course of their employment. Therefore,how to take full advantage of the existing campus network and computer hardwaretechnology conditions and by means of related technical measures to fulfill graduatescharacter analysis, targeted guidance for students and employed successfully, has alsobecome an important research topic.In this article, we develop a strong practical relevance of the GraduateEmployment planning and Evaluation System. By learning and analyzing the aboveresearch topics to be covered by the existing market employment evaluation software,focusing particularity between our students from the other college students, meanwhile running through human-job matching theory and B/S architecture-based. We will givetargeted employment advices and project for every student by putting forward theplanning of career guidance programs and proposals of the system through theevaluation of the subject carefully sets to obtain the character of students and student’characteristics were analyzed and classified. Among them, the evaluation of the subjectcan be adjusted by the guidance teachers timely, thus increasing the relevance andeffectiveness of the system. The system was developed on the basis of B/S architecture,mainly by the servlet, Tomcat, MySQL and other technology as the technologydevelopment. The major function of this system are the system structure design, theestablishment of the database application, the specific function of the systemimplementation, system data input and output design, system maintenance and securitysettings design.
