Research On Cluster Of University Institutional Repository Based On Link Analysis

With the current environment of open access is getting better,the institutional repository as an important way to achieve open access,it has also entered the eyes of more and more researchers.Universities as a high-putout cluster of various types of scientific research,it becomes extremely necessary to build a platform to collect,organize,processing and promote efficient use of resources of various types of scientific research.The establishment of university institutional repository can meet the needs.This paper is based on this background,to start a study about the universities institutiona l repository in three regions of mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan.By finding out the problems existing in the construction o f the institutional knowledge base and the influencing factors related to its development,selecting the construction level of higher,better development of institutional knowledge base,to provide reference for the construction of institutional knowledge base for domestic universities,to realize the management of digital information resources,to improve the exchange of academic and scientific research,and to promote the sharing of resources in China.In order to play a certain role in promoting the construction and development of this important platform.At present,although the international community has been built knowledge base of the rankings,but has not been classified research.In this paper,we use the method of system clustering to cluster the selected knowledge base,and provide reference for the construction and selection of institutional knowledge base.Based on the current theory of the construction of the institutional repository and the development of the website,this paper first introduces the relevant theoretical concepts of the institutional repository and the link analysis method.Through the research on the development of institutional repository in china,the author puts forward five development characteristics.Secondly,it analyzes the relevant research of the evaluation of the institutional knowledge base of colleges and universities,and studies the research results of the authoritative experts,and then deduces the evaluation indexes with high recognition and feasibility.On this basis,the author puts forward the website And the evaluation index system of the institutional knowledge base of the university in this paper,and the evaluation of the institutional knowledge base of Chinese universities.Finally,the clustering analysis of the data is carried out,and the clustering results are divided into four groups: level one,level two,level three and level four.This paper analyzes the institutional knowledge base of colleges and universities from the aspects of geographical dis tribution and the distribution of colleges and universities.In the process of writing,this paper adopts the literature investigation method to collect the domestic and foreign research results which are related to this article from major database and search tools.And then use the link analysis method to evaluate index of the university institutional repository,and collect the six evaluation index data.SPSS software is used to cluster the data results in order to make better comparative study.This paper hopes that through the comparative analysis of the institutional knowledge base of universities in mainland China,Hong Kong and Taiwan,takes the three institutional knowledge bases of colleges and universities-National political university institutions,Taiwan University institutions and the National Central University institutions-as an example of building and developing institutions of higher learning in mainland China.
