| Digital library evaluation is a very complex task, whether conceptual or specific practice is a challenge. With the library of digital and network developed, the knowledge of evaluation of traditional library can not work well for digital library evaluation. And it must seek theoretical and methodological breakthroughs. The research and practice about evaluation of digital library has benefits for evaluating DL's role, size and level, and has a more scientific planning about the upcoming projects of digital library, it also has better prediction and prospect of digital libraries. There is a certain correlation between digital library research and knowledge management and performance analysis in education technology, The integration of academic digital library and the new information technology can make information retrieval and learning with more efficiency.Based on the characteristics of digital library network and network link analysis, I try to do research of digital library evaluation system from the perspective of link analysis. The body of the thesis consists of five chapters:the first chapter is introduction, describing the background and significance of the topic, discussing the status quo, content and methodology. The second chapter is link analysis and the theory of digital library evaluation. Firstly introducing some concepts and theories about link analysis and digital library evaluation, then analyzing methods of which is used for choosing tools of link analysis and evaluating digital library. The third chapter is constructing the system of evaluation for digital library. First, make it explicit of principles for constructing the Index System and the basis of selecting evaluation index, then determine conventional evaluation index mapping relationship with the link index. Combination of AHP and fuzzy mathematics method, give the weight of each index. The evaluation system for digital libraries link analysis-based is formed. The fourth chapter of empirical research, using sampling theory, to select some 985 colleges and universities digital library as a sample, using search engines and Web sites to determine resource acquisition tool to obtain the raw data, using data harmonization and standardization of data, methods for further processing the raw data, for Link-based analysis of digital library evaluation index system of colleges and universities to conduct empirical research.
