Research On The Collection Structure Of Comprehensive Archives From The Perspective Of Social Memory

With the prosperity and development of China's archives and archives,the comprehensive archives has gradually caught everyone's eyes,in the early period of comprehensive archives rarely known by people.In recent years,the research on the social memory function of archives has become more and more popular.Archives are social organizations,institutions,units or individuals in the past life produced a variety of types and forms of information record,file itself is the performance of social memory,archives is the social memory of the place.Then the social memory of the collection structure of the archives is reasonable and full,which has aroused widespread concern in the community.This article from the perspective of social memory in comprehensive archives to study the structure,the first chapter summarizes the background,significance and literature review,to understand the present situation and achievements of this research scholars at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of comprehensive archives structure,defines the concept of social memory,collection structure,and an overview of the social memory theory,construction theory and theory of archives Museum functions.The third chapter of Tianjin City,the status quo of comprehensive archives construction of library are introduced.The first is the comprehensive archives resources are introduced,which then carries on the introduction to the archives collection structure,part of which is from the two aspects of filing units and files to illustrate.The fourth chapter is the Tianjin City area,comprehensive analysis of the current situation of archives collection structure and existing problems of library to write,collection structure analysis is elaborated from four aspects,the formation of the main structure,file structure,content and structure during the formation of archives and archives carrier structure analysis of the archives.The fifth chapter is about the causes and optimization strategies of the comprehensive archives collection,which includes the following three parts:the historical factors,the functional positioning factors and policy factors.On the one hand,the paper introduces the foreign countries in the collection of resources to do a good job in the archives,on the other hand,combined with China's actual situation,put forward six strategies in line with China's current situation.It is hoped that the research of this article can promote the optimization of the collection structure of the comprehensive archives in our country.
