Study On The Construction Of Characteristic Collection Resources Of Public Archives Based On The Regional Cultural Influence Measure

Regional culture is an important part of public culture in our country and also is an important symbol of Chinese culture, and it is of great significance to enhance national cohesion.The characteristic collection resources which preserved by public archives is an important carrier in preserve and reflect the regional culture for it's own original records, authenticity in the development of regional cultural resources compared with books,heritage and other carriers.Although the national public archives have gradually realized the value of the special collection of resources,a number of construction activities have been carried out,but the current construction mode is disperse and independent,lack of uniform standards of the arrangements.At the same time,academia is also a lack of statistics, analyses and evaluation of characteristic collection resources construction work which made of public archives.This is difficult to provide reliable reference basis for managers to made a further development planning, allocate the limited resources.Due to the construction of the characteristics resources covers more areas,,it is difficult to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of all content.Therefore, this paper aims to build a evaluation index system which regard the regional cultural influence as the starting point.In this paper,the public archives at various levels in Shaanxi Province is regarded as the object of investigation,on the basis of reviewing literature and consulting experts,this paper establish an index system of 19 indicators.And according to the index system, using the SPSS 19.0 to obtain the questionnaire data,this paper carried out the descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis.Through factor analysis, it is concluded that the 5 main types of public factors that affect the regional cultural influence of the special of public archives. At the same time, this paper regard the overall situation for the dependent variable and the five public factors as independent variables, using regression analysis, obtained the five common factors of the impact level, are ranked based security factor, social archives consciousness factor, resource factor, the factor level, opening degree factor.In the end, on the basis of the above analysis results, this paper put forward the relevant strategies and suggestions.
