The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of The Collection Of Civil Archives

The civil archives mainly formed by the masses of the people in their daily life. They have many forms and rich in content. The original record reflect the real life of ordinary people, it witnessed the historical development from the perspective of the ordinary people, they are the important part of National Archivist resources. The archival community didn’t attach importance to the civil archives until recently. The academia research the issue seldom. It is lack of holistic systems thinking, mainly the exploration of various types of archives in the actual work. Cutting from the point of view of the private file collection work, the article makes a preliminary analysis of the definition, types, collections of folk files, system collection and analysis of the actual work of the Archives, from which summarized a status of folk archives collection work, trying to the idea of civil archival work carried out on this basis. In the process of studying this topic, the author use the literature analysis, data analysis, and case studies and other research methods to study the current situation of China’s civil files collection work, analyze the difficulties it faced.
