| The construction of archival resources serves as the foundation of the comprehensive archive, which will directly influence the proceeding work. Therefore, archives value the construction of archival resources a lot. The comprehensive archive is not only in charge of preserving the archival resources, but provides archival service and utility to all circles of society. It is always said that providing the utility is the ultimate objective of the archive, which also materializes its value. Therefore it is emphasized that comprehensive archive resource should be constructed based on the socialized service, with the philosophy of "anthropocentrism".There are five parts of the essay:the introduction describes the background and the meaning of the research, the condition and development tendency of the research of similar kind and its means; the first chapter maintains the outline of two concepts-the socialized service and comprehensive archival resources. The third chapter discusses the demand of socialized service to the comprehensive archival resources construction, which includes the breakthroughs in the traditional source, structure of the archive and service utility. The fourth chapter is the analysis and countermeasures based on the former chapters, and discusses the means to improve the comprehensive archival resources from theoretical and practical point of view. |
