At present,the information integration construction is promoted by the state vigorously,and many hospitals have completed the hospital information construction.The hospital needs to realize the information management as the main line of patient management,the high integration of the business data and the efficient information data transmission between various departments.And these are the core issues which need to be solved urgently at present.In order to solve the above problems,the hospital information integration platform is designed.First of all,in view of the problem that the hospital can not exchange data directly between different subsystems in different periods,this paper takes the application project of each department in the hospital as the component.And the deep integration planning and process analysis are carried out.Meanwhile,the message based on the HL7 standard is developed.The application of message is encapsulated by an HL7 engine to meet the HL7 standard interface in order to realize data exchange between the various departments of the hospital.Secondly,for the problems of date integration in the system,such as the disunity of standard of patient information data,the disunity of maintenance mode,the incapability to realize electronic medical records and so on,the architecture model based on SOA is adopted.It is a service-oriented architecture(service-oriented architecture,SOA)component model.The different functional units of the application program(called services)are connected through well-defined interface and contract between these services.And a neutral way is used to define.It is independent of the hardware platform,operating system,and programming language.The function that the various services can interact with each other in a unified and common way in such a system is completed.Finally,because the memory is directly connected with the server in traditional systems,it will cause the islanding effect problem in storage structure.The data partly generated by system platform database are put in the SAN network.The responsive all-fiber disk array is used as a data storage medium.The high-bandwidth fiber is used as a network transmission channel.The fast Fiber Channel protocol is used to simply transfer I/O data.The rapid connection among a variety of servers and storage systems is realized.The system improves the efficiency of hospital management.And it realizes the real-time data aggregation of inter-departments.This system provides reference for theinternal system of the hospital and even for the external,regional medical application integration.
