Design And Implementation Of Hospital Information System Data Integration Platform Based On One Card

With the wide application of information technology in China,the data analysis and processing based on medical information have been rapidly developed.Many hospitals have completed the basic information construction and established their own special application systems,among which the hospital information system is the main one with the other third-party information system as the auxiliary.However,the current information systems of the hospital are independent and not interconnected,which cannot realize real-time data interaction.The hospital information integration platform is designed in order to solve these problems.This paper mainly designs how to connect various applications of the hospital information system and integrate them with other third-party information systems through the One Card information system.First of all,the hospital information system architecture based on SOA and unified agreement platform is designed in order to implement the patient information data in the system of unified standard and data integration,and it is divided into exchange layer,resource layer,service layer and application layer according to the SOA architecture standard platform to establish the relationship between each application platform through the analysis of patient data processing platform.The database table is integrated according to the business principal to build the system shared database model.Secondly,in view of the problem that data exchange cannot be carried out directly between different information systems of the hospital,each application program is sealed as an interface conforming to HL7 standards through HL7 communication engine,and the interface is called in the system.Meanwhile,an intermediate table is established to realize data exchange between each application in the system.Finally,the settlement function of the One Card system was designed to solve the problem that the existing medical card can only be used for diagnosis and treatment but cannot be used for settlement.The hospital database and the medical insurance database are related through the intermediate library,and the medical insurance settlement interface was designed by using the DLL dynamic link library to seal the main functions of the medical insurance business in the interface program.The interface program mainly uses XML data format for message delivery and Encrypt technology for identification and data stream encryption to realize reimbursement of medical insurance expenses after patients' visit and discharge.The data integration platform of hospital information system based on One Card designed in this paper is aim to integrate the data of different hospital information systems to realize data sharing and data exchange of each application program.
