| With the development of information technology and the continuous improvement of business demand,the hospital has built HIS hospital information system,EMR electronic medical record system,LIS inspection information system,PACS imaging system and so on.With the rise of digital healthcare,Internet + health,medical big data and smart medical care,the need for information interaction between the existing systems is increasing.The existing point-to-point interface model lacks unified information interaction standards,which will result in many interfaces.The stability,reliability,security,development and efficiency of the information system pose a great danger.The inability to effectively integrate existing information systems has become the main obstacle to the digital development of hospitals.Therefore,the hospital set up its own data exchange platform,unified information exchange standard,integrated each business system,centralized processing,storage,transmission and exchange,and carried out Internet + health business.In this paper,the key technologies needed for the establishment of the hospital data exchange platform and the actual demand of the hospital that forces the work are investigated,the overall architecture of the hospital data exchange platform was designed,including the design of hardware and software architecture,the Web Service is designed and implemented in detail,and the application of Internet Service is presented.Through the exchange platform service,WeChat public number registration,payment service and report query business have achieved good economic and social benefits.In order to solve the problem of batch non-real-time transmission of data,using the open source tool Kettle,the data transmission of the three hospital supervision platforms is realized through Kettle.The integration of the existing business system is realized,which provides reference direction for establishing data exchange platform for hospital. |
