Design And Reality Of Integrated Hospital Information Resource Platform (HRP)

The content of this paper mainly relates to the design and implementation of hospital information resources platform based on integrated framework.With the development of IT technology and the application of pre-existing HIS(Hospital Information System) system of hospital together with existing other third-party system,the load-balancing in the large system appears to be in inadequate capacity,the maintenance cost is high and the workload is expanding.Simultaneously the system construction faces the biggest problem i.e.the rapid expansion of hospital business leads multiple clinical business systems to have appeared which take HIS system as main body,such as PACS/RIS(Picture Archiving Communication System); LIS(Labrotory Information System),CIS(Clinical Information System),OA, CRM(Customer Relationship System) and medical insurance etc.systems.These systems are developed in scattered way,which result in information silo between internal departments of hospital and between hospitals.Therefore this paper chooses to take the existing HIS system as main line,introduces integrated system platform as core, and integrates various heterogeneous software system,at the same time the paper is geared to the needs of development,facilitates the integration and update in the future and increases business system resources share,as well as realizes share of information resources and forms an organic and unified whole.Combined with the actual situation of Benxi Central Hospital,the paper states the significance of this integrated system project firstly.Secondly the paper analyzes deeply the different ways of selecting integrated platform,integrated keys and integrated content from multiple aspects,then on the base of expounding how the hospital information resources integration be realized,the paper lists the function requirements of system in details,gives integrated platform function structure mould based on Ensemble and the system framework under its mode,at the same time,for the relative sub-system which takes HIS system as core,the paper puts forward the basic idea and implementation steps on how to design well the integrated port for various systems,and how to unify the data resource mode etc. Among which the paper introduces the key technology,i.e.master bus technology of integrated message,integrated application site design between business systems etc.Finally the paper introduces the compound application situation based on integrated hospital information platform of hospital.
