The Implementation And Appliction Of An ESB-based Hospital Information Integration Platform

With the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology,in formatization has been widely used in the medical industry.Due to the lack of overall planning and construction at the initial stage,many kinds of heterogeneous service system have been implemented in the different times to meet the actual needs of the management,clinical,scientific research and teaching,these separated and independent service system are closely coupled and interconnected,it causes the problem of a number of interfaces,high redundancy,fragmented service data and many statistical metrics.Users must access the different service systems to obtain the required data,which reduces the work efficiency and wastes the information resources and funds.This thesis takes a hospital information construction project as the subject,fully investigates and collects the overall needs of the hospital information integration platform,combines the medical industry specification and the hospitalinformation interconnection and interoperability standards,to study the implemention and meaningful application of the hospital information integration platform based on the enterprise service bus.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Using the enterprise service bus and web service technology to build a hospital information integration platform.The platform integrates various heterogeneous service information systems,formulates unified data exchange standards to realize the interconnection and interloperability of all service systems in the hospital.On this basis,the interactive data and business system historical data from hospital information integration platform are integrated and converted into data standards that meet the medical industry specifications,and centrally stored and managed to establish a hospital-wide data storage center.2.Two typical applications based on the hospital information integration platform: the patient information presentation system and the hospital operation data management system.The patient information presentation system integrates the outpatient records and impatient treatment information,establishes the unified patient medical records and presents it to the medical staff through the unified view to facilitate the rapid diagnosis of illness.The hospital operation data management system analyzes a large mount of data on the platform to comprehensively monitor all kinds of the indicators in the hospital such as business volume,business income,average costs and so on,provides the leaders with the detailed data to make decisions from the different perspective.3.The thesis summarizes the test methods and test results for the said hospital information integration platform and applications and proposes the research topics for the next step.Through the realization of the hospital information integration platform,the high coupling between service systems is reduced,and the interactive and flexible configuration is achieved according to the changing requirements of the business system,thereby improving the practical agility.The application based on the hospital information integration platform improves the work efficiency of medical staff,improves the quality of diagnosis,and provides the managers with the decision-making basis of the hospital development and construction.
