The accelerated development of internet plus technology will deeply impact on the healthcare industry as well.It is not only have far-reaching influence on production mode change,but also enable the development of Cloud Computing,mobile health care,and telemedicine in the whole industry.Unfortunately in a cruel reality,more than 90% major hospitals didn't build up qualified information platform which enable the information interconnections within hospital according to the requirement of The National Health and Family Planning Commission.The biggest bottleneck is to fulfill the synergy and data sharing within different systems.The development of Integration platform emerges at the right moment,which is not a brand new product.The strength is to fulfill the synergy of different systems without destroy current systems,and to build a technical foundation for cross regional healthcare.The thesis starts from meeting the needs of informatization of A Hospital by using SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)to establish medical information.This paper mainly solves the following three aspects.1.By analyzing the main issues,characteristics and advantages of hospital information system interaction process based on business needs under the SOA architecture,the thesis provides the analysis and transformation of business system by using ESB(Enterprise Service Bus),to ensure the normal use of the business system in the process of transformation of the maximum through the integration platform to achieve the establishment of clinical standardization process CDR(Clinical Data Repository),medical statistics,early warning and monitoring function.2.According to the functional and non functional requirements of the system,the hardware,software and network are designed in detail.Hardware,includes server selection and deployment.Network,includes the installation and configuration of the virtual cluster.Software,includes system architecture,business process combining,design and system data standardization to access HL7V3/CDA standard platform,laying the foundation for the establishment of data centers.3.The system has been optimized according to the system functional and non functional requirements for detailed design by using JAVA language as the underlying language,and XML as the data exchange standard,utilizing integrated engine technology based on integration platform to standardize business processes and to unified the expression and composition of information.Finally,in the data and to unified the expression and composition of information.Finally,in the data layer,data encoding specification,data setting and data element are used to data integration with the purpose of achieving the establishment of clinical data center.
