The Research Of Gan Xifen's Journalism Thought

Marxist journalism is a science of studying Marx,Engels,Lenin's newspaper activities,as well as the newspaper practice activities and newspaper propositions of the Chinese Marxists which include Chen Duxiu,Li Dazhao,Mao Zedong,Zhou Enlai,Liu Shaoqi and other communists.It aims to explore the problems and solutions of the development of the Chinese Communist Party newspapers and journals.Gan Xifen is a famous news theorist and educator of Marxist.From the beginning of 1954 he taught theory of journalism in Beijing University,until he retreated in Renmin University of China in 1998.By the changing of domestic political and social environment and public opinion environment,Gan Xifen who owns more than 40 years of teaching and researching experience experienced changes in his news thought.The paper intends to analyze the connotation and characteristics of Gan Xifen's news thought from the development of Marxist journalism theory by Gan Xifen and his thoughts of journalism skills and education.About his news theory,the first chapter of this paper mainly studies how Gan Xifen explored the news theory based on his two books.It includes the class nature,the party spirit and affinity to the people of newspaper,the beginning study of the Chinese public opinion,and the controversy of the news thoughts between him and Wang Zhong.The second chapter discusses the thought of Gan Xifen's news business.First of all,this paper briefly summaries his practice in journalism and its impacts on his early thoughts of journalism.Then the author summed up Gan Xifen's views and thoughts about of newspaper studying,writing and editing.The third chapter discusses the educational thoughts of Gan Xifen.As a first batch of journalism master tutor and doctoral tutor in China,Gan Xifen's concept on journalism is worth researching.Firstly the paper describes the history and development of journalism education as the background of studying Gan Xifen's news thoughts.Then it refers about his detailed views on the university news education,such as teacher-building,news practice,student learning methods and other aspects of elaboration.The fourth chapter explores the reform ideas of Gan Xifen on journalism system.The first part introduces the reasons for the formation of the news system in our country.The second part introduces the necessity of reform and concrete measures.Besides the author also comes forwards his points.The fifth chapter suggests people should analyze and interpret Gan Xifen's news thoughts rationally.From the twists,unity,limitations and practical significance of Gan Xifen's journalism thoughts,the author summary and conclude his views.
