Research On Security Supervision Of Big Data In Wenzhou

The broad application prospect of big data technology has attracted widespread attentions,which has been applied to various industries such as shopping,medical care and education.Under this circumstance,many cities in China have started to build smart cities and promote big data applications,of which Wenzhou is one of the cities achieving rapid development.However,with the popularization of big data applications,the data space is becoming more complicated so that the risks arise accordingly.The frequent occurrence of various types of data leakage accidents has made the data security supervision into an urgent demand.For this reason,how to ensure data security and effectively execute data security supervision has become a concern by all parties.Based on the theories of new public management,regulatory government and big data,this paper explores big data security supervision in Wenzhou through case studies,survey and literature research.Firstly,by means of making an overview of big data security risk accidents,the necessity and feasibility of big data supervision under current situation are analyzed.Meanwhile,the main body as well as means of big data supervision are summarized and analyzed.Secondly,by taking Wenzhou City as the main research object,the supervision status and difficulties of Wenzhou big data are analyzed from perspectives of data stealing,illegal data use and international data space game.Thirdly,it is analyzed that the development of Wenzhou big data security supervision is seriously restricted by inadequate talents,relatively backward technology,insufficient external environment and imperfect supervision system.Finally,the research concludes that the promotion of Wenzhou big data security supervision shall start with the following four aspects: firstly,the government shall build and improve the big data security supervision and development system orderly,issue development strategy to enforce safety supervision,formulate development plan to advance the supervision of big data security,coordinate the formulation and promotion of big data security standards as well as regulations,and improve as well as rationalize the use of laws and regulations.The second is enhancing reserve of talents by attracting,training and locating big data security talents.The third is providing technical guarantee system via encouraging the innovation of big data security technology and constantly upgrading related technologies.The fourth is building and improving the supervision system from perspectives of the institutions and mechanisms of big data security supervision,and then strengthening publicity as well as education.The innovation of this paper is that it proposes taking government as the main body of supervision to guide enterprises and research institutions to support big data security government,so as to explore the possibility of cooperation.By taking advantage of government's public power as well as credibility,giving play to ability of concentrating resources on major events,exerting corporate efficiency and mobility,and performing research institutions' academic spirit,the supervision of big data security will be improved in joint efforts.
