The Research And Implementation Of Integration Platform Of Prefectural Public Security Information Based On Space Geographical Information

Along with development of information technical and spread of Police-MIStechnical in more business range, GIS and its related application have been importantcomponent of Ministry of Public Security ‘s aggregate planning, and under constructionby government of provincial or town. To the question of bad integrity,low shared leveland unilateral application, this dissertation states that we need develop GIS applicationfrom the standpoint of integrity of police information, rather than single man and singlebusiness. Following up this state, we researched many aspects of integrity of policeinformation system, include Platform Architecture, System composition, technologyand methods, and a integrated police spatial information platform was designed andimplemented, in which the following contents had been finished:1.A project was presented to Municipal Bureau for Public Security, by which sharedservice specification and data share specification were achieved.2.Interconnection technique among Municipal Bureau for Public Security was provided,and based on the platform,Municipal Bureaus for Public Security may developthemselves GIS application system and share their information.3.A batch of application have been integrated, such as1) Police GIS database was build, which can support visualization of terrain, traffic,clip location, distribution of police.2) Unified platform of data acquisition was build for implementing centralizedmanagement and sustained dynamically change.3) Several links in Municipal business information database has been proposed, whichcan achieve regional specialized analysis and visualization.4) Typically application of municipal police GIS was been development and thefunctions such as real-time police deployment, real-time video and synthesis queryhave been achieved.
