Virtual simulation training platform is based on Virtual Tour and can accomplish training by means of three-dimensional modeling,dynamic simulation and virtual control of environment and equipment.Compared with the disadvantages of expensive traditional instruments and equipment,such as high cost and fragility,no guarantee of students' safety and inability of exhibiting subtle structures,virtual simulation training platform is easy to be spread and maintained,and can show the subtle devices 360 degrees and fully guarantee the safety of the users.Also,it features immersion and conception of virtual reality,which will boost students' interest in learning,and ultimately improve the effectiveness of teaching.According to the theory of constructivism and the theory of virtual simulation,based on Unity 3D,a universal game engine platform,and 3Ds Max,a mainstream modeling software,this dissertation explores the feasibility of virtual stimulation system used for teaching,under the background of a virtual electronic technology company.First,through conducting research and analysis of actual manufactures of electronic products,this project builds 3D prototype of similar physical proportions and positions,with emphasis on the analysis of model-building norms of Unity 3D.Secondly,this project provides solutions to technical problems rising in the use of the Unity 3D,such as proposals of collision detection,rendering and other problems.Finally,this project assembles the designed prototype and the key techniques to set up a complete,full-featured virtual electronic technology company.As an example,the design process and the virtual operation of the virtual electronics workshop and the wave soldering machine are detailed.The contents include that the control methods of the modeling of the wave soldering machine and the persons model surfaces,collision detection during the person wandering in the workshop,and the rending comparison of the workshop's different modes.The development process of these techniques is introduced by instancesThrough the methods offered in this dissertation,it is feasible and effective to use Unity 3D simulation technology to develop virtual teaching system.Although the use of the platform is constrained by speed of internet access,with the wide penetration of 3D techniques and gradual development of 3D engine,it's well believed that one better improved and more efficient virtual simulation teaching system will definitely be realized and will play a greater role in practical training.
