With the rapid development of VR technology,somatosensory interaction technology,and the replacement of somatosensory interaction equipment by new ones,the applications of somatosensory interaction based on VR technology,were researched and developed by key laboratories in various major universities,national key research institutions,and scientific and technological innovation enterprises in the world such as Microsoft,SONY,HTC,Facebook and so on.2015 was the first year of VR,and VR technology was no longer a "future prospect",but a technological revolution that gradually matured and changed the industry.The combination of somatosensory equipment and industry is no longer limited to the game industry,but gradually infiltrates into various industries.Somatosensory interaction can not only make the user feel the fun of the scene,but also cultivate the flexibility of the body.In order to integrate the applications of somatosensory and cultural industries with each other and to improve the neglected status of intangible cultural heritage,we will break the limitations of applied research that combines the inheritance of somatosensory equipment and cultural heritage and promote the combination of science and technology.In this paper,we will design and development of non-material cultural heritage in movable type printing application simulation using Unity 3D engine as the main development tool,through the mouse and keyboard devices and somatosensory interaction device as an input device.The main contents of this paper are:1.Plan the virtual simulation application scheme of movable type printing based on Unity 3D and virtual reality technology,design the development process of the system,build the functional framework of the whole system,and complete the development and production of the simulation application.2.Design and modify the Steam VR SDK class library.In order to provide function interfaces for developer of the application,the paper improves the Steam VR methods according to the needs of the application system.3.According to some problems like:(1)the props model surface texture and surface texture are similar,props and ground space is not easy to distinguish;(2)digital cultural exhibits and props edge defect;(3)unique scene interface add stroke specific requirements.In this paper,the screen post-processing of stroke effects are studied,creatively and presents a new edge detection operator.After a lot of experiments,this paper in two aspects of image stroke effect and efficiency of comparative analysis of different operators of screen postprocessing effect.4.In order to reduce the burden on the computer CPU and GPU,improve system performance.This article also studies the Unity 3D engine comes with the light map baking technology and occlusion culling technology,through a large number of experimental verification,comparison,and finally achieved a better effect.
