With the concepts of ‘Industrial 4.0' and ‘Made in China 2025'were put forward,modern manufacturing industry are more and more tend to be intelligent manufacturing.Product market has also been driven from the consumer-drived to the consumer-oriented.With the acceleration of consumer demand changes,how companies respond to this huge change,and response to the consumer,in order to enable enterprises in this rapidly changing market to maintain a competitive advantage is an important issue.Obviously,the current manufacturing system and mass production methods are difficult to occupy the market.By accelerating product innovation,reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.Companies can gain a foothold in fierce competition.The problem of workshop layout is the most important issue that needs to be considered in the manufacturing system.The layout of the workshop affects directly the production efficiency of the company.Therefore,the study of the workshop layout play an important role in improving the company's efficiency.In this paper,a company's production line is taken as the reserch object.Firstly,some of the current problems in the production line are analyzed,and then,the various requirements,constraints and optimization goals of the equipment layout in the actual production environment are considered.According to mathematical modeling ideas.a simple mathematical model for the layout of the production line equipment is established.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the established mathematical model and equipment layout,the genetic algorithm is chosen to solve optimization target.The first problem to be considered in the genetic algorithm is the coding strategy.The coding will directly affect the decoding,thus affecting the accuracy of equipment layout.In the coding strategy,the equal-pitch and real number coding method is adopted,and directly encoding the number of devices,the decoded data obtained is the required result,which ensures the accuracy of the final device layout.For the operation of genetic operators,the roulette selection method is chosen to select the operator.The partial matching crossover method is used to carry out the crossover operation.The purpose of the mutation is to make the fine adjustment of the newly generated individual and increase the population diversity.Therefore,this paper adopts a random selection of a chromosome is adopted to perform the mutation operator operation,the mutation probability is controlled within a certain range to meet the requirements.And then MATLAB is used to program to achieve the solution of the genetic algorithm,It is concluded that the optimized logistics costs for workshops are reduced by approximately 23% compared with the logistics costs before optimization.On this basis,the overall layout of the workshop area is reduced.Finally,a virtual simulation method is used to creat 3D model of the optimal equipment layout result,a logistic route is created,a realistic production layout environment is simulated,and a immersive layout sence is presented,which provides convenience to designers.
