The TD-Scdma LTE Network Optimization Project Quality And Risk Management Research

Commercial 4G network of China Mobile TD-LTE system has been in operation since 2013,the booming development of TD-LTE network, base stations, network expansion is in full swing. Network optimization plays an important role in the TD-LTE network construction project. Network optimization work includes network Failure analysis, processing, and the new base station network testing. it has to deal with the physical network links and software, parameter optimization, but also optimize the network quality of service, improve customer satisfactionBased on the background of the rapid development of TD-LTE network of China Mobile, TD-LTE network optimization are analyzed in detail with the theory and method of project quality management and risk management. In this paper, the TD-LTE optimization project disintegrations three sub projects, including single station optimization, RF optimization and operation optimization. each project process is analyzed in detail, and the key influence factors of the project quality are found, and then puts forward the prevention measures according to these factors and the solution. In risk management, this paper analyzes the characteristics of TD-LTE network optimization project in risk management, identify its risk factors, presented its risk management principles and key elements of the successful implementation of risk management.
