In modern air combat,the electronic warfare is becoming increasingly fierce.Experts are working on improving the operational performance of fighter aircraft and researching the mode of multi-aircraft cooperative combat.Airborne radar plays an irreplaceable role in the process of cooperative detection,cooperative jamming,cooperative anti-jamming and cooperative attack as the electronic eye of the fighter.This paper studies the theory of multi-aircraft cooperative combat mode,airborne radar and effectiveness evaluation from the view of the weapon equipment effectiveness evaluation.On the basis of the research,this paper developed the software system of the airborne radar operational effectiveness evaluation based on Visual C++ 6.0.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the characteristics of the current and future air combat,this paper describes the mode of the multi-aircraft cooperative combat,studies the way,the process and key technologies of the multi-aircraft cooperative combat.It explores the basic theory of the airborne radar and put forward the main indicators which affect the operational effectiveness of the airborne radar.The effectiveness evaluation goal of the project is clarified and it lays the foundation for the operational effectiveness evaluation of airborne radar under the condition of multi-aircraft cooperation.2.Based on the theory of effectiveness evaluation,it proposed the process of evaluating the operational effectiveness of the multi-aircraft coordinated airborne radar.Through the investigation and research,it established a more reasonable index system of airborne radar combat system under the condition of multi-aircraft cooperative by using Delphy method.It defined the regularization model of qualitative and quantitative indicators.3.This paper introduced some system effectiveness evaluation methods which are commonly used.In the traditional grey relational degree,the evaluation result is affected by the sample size and resolution coefficient.According to the different data types,this paper proposed two improved grey relational models.These two models are used respectively to evaluate the effectiveness of the system with the exact index value and the interval number.The feasibility of methods is verified by some examples.It provides a method for evaluating the effectiveness of airborne radar under the condition of multi-aircraft cooperation.4.A set of effectiveness evaluation software is developed based on Visual C++ 6.0 on the basis of defining the effectiveness evaluation target,establishing the target index system and determining the effectiveness evaluation method.This paper introduces the whole process of developing effectiveness evaluation software and summarizes the problems encountered in the debugging process.Then it demonstrates how to use the software to evaluate the effectiveness.5.It summarizes the works and makes a prospect for the future research direction.
