During the Modern Air Combat, Multi-fighter coordinated combat has become the mainstream. Research work of Multi-fighter cooperative combat has been in progress all around the world. As the important combat unit of air cooperative,Airborne Fire Control Radar not only can search and track target, but also provide required information for weapon aiming and guidance. In this paper, the basic theory of weapon equipment system effectiveness evaluation has been taken as the starting point. Then Multi-fighter Coordinated Airborne Fire Control Radar Effectiveness Evaluation has been research and analysis.The main research contents are as follows:1. The basic theory of Multi-fighter coordinated combat, work mode of Airborne Fire Control Radar and the key technologies of Multi-fighter coordination has been analysis and research in detail.2. The theory of efficiency evaluation of weapon equipment system is expounded,including the definition of efficiency, and the significance and principles of efficiency evaluation. Several main traditional methods of effectiveness evaluation is comparative studied. And advantages and dis advantages is summarized. A reference is provided for the selection of evaluation methods.3. Then basic process and principles of Airborne Fire Control Radar Effectiveness Evaluation is proposed. The index system is set up by improved Delphi method.Then quantitative model of indexes in the bottom is established.4. Aiming at subjective and ignoring the correlation among factors of system of traditional methods, improved gray synthesize relational degree method has been proposed. The evaluation interval and combination weighting has been introduced into traditional gray synthesize relational degree method in order to reduce subjectivity. And effectiveness of this method is validated through an example. A new solution is provided for the effectiveness evaluation.5. The work done in this paper and deficiencies is summarized. And improved direction is provided for the study later.
