Increasingly complicated electromagnetic environment, especially the intentionally jamming brings a grave challenge to the reliability and high precision detection of the modern radar system. In face of the complicated electromagnetic environment in practical application, anti-jamming capability directly decide whether radar system functions as usual. Correspondingly, anti-jamming technology as well as efficiency analysis and evaluation have become an important research direction of the modern radar technology. The important contents of the evaluation method of the radar system anti-jamming efficiency: such as construction and optimization of the indexes system, the determination of indexes weight, are still lack of standardized and systematic guidance. Different methods have different advantages and disadvantages, an objective, quantified, scientific, concise and feasible evaluation method is what we desperately demand.This paper mainly studies the evaluation methods of radar system anti-jamming efficiency has established a typical radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation system, the evaluation model, and built a typical radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation software. The main content is summarized as follows:1. Study the typical countermeasures of radar system, and the typical jamming modes and anti-jamming measures on radar performance. Build the initial specifications about radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation system according to the changes of these parameters and the evaluation criteria.2. Optimize the initial specifications using Fuzzy-Rough Set Attribute Reduction. Compare the result with the Great Irrelevance Method of method. The results of these two kinds of method which proves the effectiveness of Fuzzy-Rough Set Attribute Reduction.3. Determine the indexes weight of the specifications using Analytic Hierarchy Process, build an evaluation model, and obtain the anti-jamming performance comprehensive evaluation value. Compare the result with the Maximum Deviation Method, which proves the effectiveness of Analytic Hierarchy Process.4. Build a radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation software using MATLAB. Assess the anti-jamming effect of some typical radar systems, which proves the effectiveness and the rationality of the method, as well as the practicability of the software.
