With the rapid development of electronic countermeasure technology and its widespread use in the military,the struggle between radar jamming and anti-jamming technology is becoming increasingly fierce.In the face of such a complex electronic interference environment,modern radar equipment needs to have a certain level of anti-jamming capability in order to be more effective.An accurate assessment of radar anti-jamming capability can help to understand the adaptation of radar in complex electromagnetic environments and identify its weakest link to improve radar equipment,which is of great significance to the development of radar equipment,finalisation and the development of radar effectiveness assessment software.In view of the shortcomings of the current radar anti-jamming effectiveness assessment methods,the radar anti-jamming assessment capability is mainly studied from three aspects: radar index system establishment,weight calculation and assessment methods.The main research content of this paper includes:(1)Aiming at the problems of strong subjective will and overlapping information between the traditional evaluation index systems,this paper adopts the index screening method based on complex correlation information sensitivity,and uses this method to screen the radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation index system.The screened index system reduces the information redundancy in the original index system,Simplified the indicators and improved the efficiency of effectiveness evaluation.(2)In view of the strong subjective index weight and the unreasonable allocation of evaluation indicators in the existing evaluation methods,this paper adopts the index empowerment method based on the subjective and objective combination of weights.This method is to combine the subjective weight calculated by the fuzzy hierarchy analysis method and the objective weight calculated by the improved CRITIC method to absorb the advantages of the subjective and objective method.The experimental results prove that the method can reflect the difference between the indicators on the whole,and the index weight coefficient is more reasonable and objective.(3)In view of the shortcomings of small samples,subjectivity and incomplete information in the process of radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation,this paper adopts the grey clustering evaluation method based on combination weight and the improved grey TOPSIS(approximate ideal solution ranking method)evaluation method to complete the evaluation of radar anti-jamming ability.The reliability and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method are verified by experiments,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two evaluation methods are compared and analyzed.
