Simulation in anti-aircraft systems is an important research to military simulation study in the air defense weapon system. In recent years, there's more relevant theoretical research, but as a system of research is still relatively small. At present, there's no computer and computing technology as the core of anti-aircraft fire control systems and combat simulation comprehensive evaluation system. So the study about assessing the effectiveness of anti-aircraft systems and combat simulation has great value.Distributed Interactive Simulation has developed rapidly in recent years, and widely been used in combat simulation and weaponry experimental. In this paper, distributed interactive simulation will be used to study anti-aircraft systems. In this simulation system, the main functions of anti-aircraft system are achieved in the nodes which are real-time and distributed in computer network which comprise many personal computers. Object-oriented modeling technique was used to establish the model of function node. The information transfer and processing were realized by UDP communication protocol via distributed net work. And network tasks were assigned reasonable to ensure real-time communication and synchronization. So the anti-aircraft systems simulation was realized. On assessing effectiveness, this level proposed two different modes of assessment for different user. The first one is designed for commanders who assess the operational effectiveness . Two assessment model were established. One is process-assessing and another is objective-assessing; The second one is designed for the expert on simulation who assess the effectiveness of the system. Based on an assessment of the effectiveness of anti-aircraft systems, the model of WSEIAC was improved for the simulation platform.
