Under the background of informatization technology promoting industrialization,the infomatization of modernized enterprise production security management has a large scale.Lots of scientific research production security managers also hope to improve the ability of scientific research production security management in informatization way.The author of this thesis presents a set of ideas and methods of scientific research and production security management based on his own work.Meanwhile,the author has already implemented it in technical level and deployed it in Chinese Academy of Sciences internal system.The system uses industry general architecture,TOGAF,to design,deploy and maintain the structure.The work also uses JAVA,HTML5 and CSS frame work in the development process.It supports “Multi screen interaction”.The load balance technology of application server cluster is used in its architecture.It has good capacity to support all business operations of the academy.HDFS is empoyed for the data storage.Structured data and non-structured data are handled separately.It speeds the data processing.The business scope of the system is based on the requirement of scientific research production security management data collection,collaborative work environment,CBRNe whole life-cycle management and key security and security part visual management.The system provides scientific research production security management foundation platform data collection,security responsibility system setup and check-up,security check,propaganda and training,special equipment management,routing inspection and management,hazardous chemical whole life-cycle management,hazard management,biology security management and key security and security part visual management,etc.The system also provides the interface integration with in Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)ARP.It can provide for CAS customers following services: forecasting and controlling the production security risk within a specific area,standardizing the process and providing a guarantee for the scientific research production security.
