Design And Implementation Of Clinical Pathway Management System Based On West China Hospital's Requirement

Compared with the traditional method,clinical pathway implementation could reduce the inaccurate and low efficiency of the delivery of patient information which is caused by the mobility of doctors,could improve the working efficiency of the doctor,could help the doctor to manage the disease.With the informatization construction of medical industry deeply developed,the design and implementation of clinical pathway software system has the fundamental condition.Clinical pathway software system is an important tool for the standardization of hospital service.It is also the key point of the clinical information system.It will bring a revolutionary breakthrough compared with the traditional mode of diagnosis and treatment.Clinical pathway software system play an important role in the specification of treatment process,the medical quality,the work efficiency of doctor and the satisfaction of patient and the medical resource utilization rate.Based on the theory and advanced technology of clinical pathway,this paper analyzes the current situation and trend of clinical pathway in the Department of neurosurgery.The proposed clinical pathway system for the gamma knife center of West China Hospital could manage the patient information dynamically.To assist the clinicians to storing and searching the patient information conveniently,the proposed clinical pathway system for the gamma knife center of West China Hospital could manage the patient information dynamically.This system could also extract and analyze data in the LAN of the gamma center.According to the existing template and process of clinical pathway,this system treat the patients separately.It record the relevant information to the patient information table and utilize the mobile phone to record search the patient information offline.The synchronization of information on the PC side and the mobile terminal maintains the dynamic management of patient information.This method could store the patient information in time and dynamically.This system reduces the doctor worked for the cause and process of liquidity caused by the circulation of information and patient delivery is not accurate and low efficiency,improve the working efficiency of the doctor.This project is under the classic development process of software engineering,including stages of requirements analysis,design,encoding,testing and implementation.All these stages is object-oriented,such as OOA,OOD and OOP.This porject uses the component development method and service-oriented architecture(SOA).The doctor could not only manage the patient information on PC,but also on the mobile terminal with a higher performance.It could improve the efficient of patient information management,hasten the standardization of diagnosis and treatment process and improve the working efficiency of doctors and patients' satisfaction.
