In this thesis, based on the concrete practice of D company's software product development projects, studies and analyzes the problem of delays in the delivery period for software development projects,to identify there are having two processes need to be optimized: project management processes, operations and maintenance processes.Around the issue of software project delivery delay, relevant process optimization theoretical knowledge and tools such as PDCA circle, lane flowcharts have been used.In optimization of the project management process, the ESIA method and ASME table tool is used to identify the key reason, the distinction between value-added and non-value added steps.By removing non-value added process steps, simplify and integrate the other remaining processes, and adopt some automation engineering practices to reduce redundant work, making the process more lightweight and fast,so as to achieve the purpose of shorten the software development cycle. Finally, based on the results of carrying out the optimized development process,to evaluate the software development process optimization. The results shows projects' delivery period have been reduced significantly, and the quality of project achieved goal.Via this time process optimization research and some actual projects carry out, software development of the D company sums up a more agile and efficient processes and related methods,by applying process optimization method to improve existing development process. The optimization method concluded in this paper have a certain reference value for software companies and Internet companies in developing new applications or products, and have important referential meaning for the subsequent project development of D company, and it is necessary to be further summarized, improved and promoted in the future.
