| Scrum is an important methodology of agile software development. It hangs all of its practices on an iterative, incremental process skeleton. Most of software companies have adopted Scrum as their agile development method. The mainly roles of Scrum include scrum master who works as project manager, product owner who works as stakeholders and development team including all of developers and testers.ROSS Company is a foreign-owned software enterprise which business covers100+countries in the worldwide. Having attacked the2008international financial crisis, the company decreased the development cost through developing and upgrading products. Ross’s agile development method has been valued and adopted widely on all production line of software. At first it introduced the definitions of various agile development methods, and then detail presented how to implement Scrum method. Analyzing the advantage and disadvantage of Scrum and giving the solution according to the modern Lean principle. Finally it will give an overall methodology how to adopt Scrum for software companies. |
