The Impact Of Communication Towards The City's Image On Weibo During Natural Disasters

The traditional media as the main mode of communication,is broken by the emergence of platform-based media,represented by Weibo.The platform built by new media technology t,is openness,freedom,equality and interaction.This is mainly manifested in the social subjects to obtain the same access opportunities.Any individual,organization settled in the platform in the form of "account",to express their views and opinions about social hot events,public topics.Through the convenience of technology,formal equality is possible.In the Weibo,the government,media and the public are given equal right to speak.The equality of formal discourse opportunities does not represent the equality of power behind discourse.The various subjects in the Weibo,are from the real social environment,represent different interests,values,class.The existence of a strong and weak party in the dialogue because of different social status,has not changed in Weibo.Weibo open to the community,social hot events are often included in Weibo.The event is spread,discussed and qualified in this space.Weibo can not be independent of the social environment,it is inextricably linked with the outside world,the event will have an impact on real society.Weibo spread,mainly through the discourse to achieve.Including text,pictures,video and other forms of expression.Different subjects for the same issue,express views at the same time to communicate.Therefore,this article mainly uses the different words presented in the Weibo to analyze discourse,finds reasons and influence of the discourse imbalance by analyzing the discourse meaning of the different subjects.What is the communication between the government and the public in the discussion of social issues in the Weibo field? Is the government,the media,and the public's words balanced? What are the differences among the three in the expression of words? What is the reason for the discrepancy of discourse,and thus the impact of urban image construction?This paper chooses "2016 Wuhan flood" as a typical natural disaster event in Weibo as the object of study,analyses the image of "Wuhan" how to be present and construct in Weibo field.This article mainly through analyses the government,the media,the public discourse,to explore how the meaning to be construct and expressed.In the process of analyzing the discourse,it is found that it is difficult to balance the discourse among the three discs.This paper argues that the reason for this phenomenon is that the lack of opinion leaders,so is difficult to form a strong discourse force to contend with official discourse;otherwise,strong discourse suppress the weak discourse.The nature of the event itself,the absence of discourse subjects and the Weibo communication framework are the main reasons for the construction of urban image,which leads to the variation of urban image.How does the city's image appear depends on the power wrestling,and the imbalance of the discourse leads directly to the deviation of the public's understanding of city's image.On this basis,the strategy of realizing the balance is: the role of the opinion leader;discourse balance;and improve Weibo spread mechanism.
