Under the stimulation of the Internet,the rapid rise of social media has made the general public's life and network more closely connected.Among them,Sina Weibo,one of the social media platforms with more registered netizens,has reached 3.37 in the first half of 2018.Billion.The anonymity,low barriers to entry and convenience of the Weibo platform have made it an important platform for netizens to express their opinions and vent their emotions.Therefore,the formation of Weibo lyrics often has the characteristics of the emotional transmission of netizens.Once the emotions of netizens are touched,the microblogging sentiment will erupt.Accident disaster events are a special kind of breaking news events.Different from natural disasters,natural disasters occur.The occurrence of accident disasters is often caused by human factors.Therefore,when netizens express their views on accident disasters,the proportion of emotional factors is more,and the microblogging grievances are more likely to form and break out.The microblogging sensation of such events often leads to the spread of negative emotions.Not conducive to the development of society.Therefore,the microblogging public opinion guidance for accidents and disasters is very important.Based on this,this paper will use the Daxing "11.18" fire" accident to analyze the problems existing in the public opinion guidance process in the process of public opinion development.From special to general,this paper proposes optimization suggestions for the microblogging public opinion guidance strategy for accident disaster events.The article is divided into five chapters,the research process is Chapter 3,and the research conclusions are Chapters 4 and 5.The research methods used are literature research,case analysis and content analysis.Chapter 1Introduction;Chapter 2 Theoretical Basis and Conceptual Elaboration.Chapters3,4,and 5 are the highlights of this paper.Chapter 3 is a case study.Based on the four-stage theory of crisis communication,Daxing fire is divided into formation period,outbreak period,spread period and extinction period.12 Weibo sample users are selected from November 19 to December 2017.The microblog and netizen commentary about Daxing Fire released during the 2nd period was used as the text of the analysis to study the behavioral characteristics of each lyrical subject in each development stage of Weibo.Thefourth chapter is based on the research of Chapter 3,and finds the main problems of public opinion guidance in the development stages of Weibo fire accidents.Question: The news media lacks the active awareness of sensational guidance;the government departments have not rationally used the channels of communication of new media;Chapter 5 is aimed at the problems arising from Weibo public opinion guidance in Daxing fire accidents.From special to general,it proposes optimization suggestions for microblogging public opinion guidance strategies for accident disaster events: the news media enhances the active awareness of microblogging public opinion guidance and effectively clears public opinion;The government department optimizes the microblog operation mode and enhances the attention;the opinion leaders rationally express and correctly guide the public.
