With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress of science and technology,from the newspaper,magazines,television and other traditional media to the site,microblogging,WeChat and other new media widely used,the Internet industry is growing rapidly,new media companies are more and more intense competition,talent has become the core competitiveness of new media enterprise.New media enterprises are mostly knowledge workers,they use their own intellectual capital and professional ability to provide labor,business and development plays an important role.It is precisely because of this,they are more pursuit of the realization of self-worth,when they do not see their own business in the enterprise better prospects for development,they will leave to pursue new and better development.The constant loss of an enterprise knowledge worker will not only increase the cost of the enterprise,but also reduce the morale of the employees,but also reduce the competitiveness of enterprises,is not conducive to enterprise management.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate and analyze the factors of employee turnover and put forward corresponding management measures,so as to reduce staff turnover rate.This paper takes the knowledge workers of the new media enterprises,which is one of the highest rate of turnover in recent years,as the research object,and adopts the methods of combining theoretical research,questionnaire survey and case discussion to summarize the domestic and foreign enterprises at home and abroad.Scholars have studied the influencing factors of employee turnover,including environmental factors,external opportunities,internal factors,job satisfaction,salary,promotion and so on.This paper analyzes the characteristics of new media enterprises,the development trend and the characteristics of knowledge workers,the quality of professionalism,the use of questionnaire survey methods to collect data,the use of statistical software to analyze data from outside the enterprise,organizational and personal factors Three factors,personal factors such as personal development,work pressure and personal characteristics,internal management system,interpersonal environment,wages,and other factors,the external factors of the new media enterprises,Training promotion opportunities,career choice,corporate culture,etc.is not perfect.Through the analysis of the actual data of the turnover factor,the paper analyzes the adverse effects of the turnover to the enterprise and puts forward the management measures to reduce the turnover of the knowledge workers of the new media enterprises in the Internet environment.From the sound management system,strengthen the staff training,Environment,improve the incentive to pay,develop career management,building corporate culture and other aspects of the retention of knowledge workers,reduce the high turnover rate of employees.This paper takes empirical research to explore the practical application effect of the resignation strategy.Take the new media Z enterprises as an example,introduce the enterprises and employees to leave the situation,the method to take the job interviews and research,analysis of the factors that affect the turnover of employees Z,combined with the actual situation of enterprises to make a few suggestions to improve the implementation of measures to improve the effect Evaluation.Not only to improve the turnover rate of Z enterprises to help,but also the entire new media enterprise knowledge workers turnover management also provide reference and reference.
