In recent years,with the rapid development of global science and technology and the further deepening of informatization,the chip industry is becoming an extremely important and indispensable part of the global technological development.Competition in the global chip market has intensified,and the competition for talents in the industry has become increasingly fierce.As the most concentrated area in the domestic integrated circuit industry,Shanghai has a huge demand for employees in the industry,and the problem of employee turnover is common among peer companies.Under the current background,the integrated circuit industry is facing more fierce competition for talents.How to implement the implementation of human resources related systems and policies and create a healthy corporate culture to effectively retain the talents needed by the company and reduce employee turnover has been become an important measure to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Company J is an enterprise engaged in semiconductor manufacturing with characteristic semiconductor processes located in the Pudong Lingang New Area,Shanghai.This article takes the representative companies in the industry of Company J as the research object,and uses the related theories of employee turnover as a research tool to learn from and learn from Relevant research results at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of employee turnover faced by J company,through resignation interviews and satisfaction surveys of departed employees,it is expected that the impact of internal and external factors of the enterprise will be used as the starting point to comprehensively analyze the cause of employee turnover and affect employee satisfaction.And put forward effective measures to deal with the factors that affect employee satisfaction and cause employee turnover.This article's research on improving the problem of employee turnover is based on the analysis of the current situation of J company,which is more in line with the actual situation of J company and has a certain degree of operability.At the same time,the improvement plan proposed in this article helps reduce the employee turnover rate of J company to a certain extent,thereby promoting the sustainable development of J company.
