| Modern enterprise competition is the talent competition,talent is the foundation of enterprise survival and development.The main object of knowledge management is to manage knowledge workers carrying knowledge resources,and the knowledge staff and their knowledge innovation is the decisive factor in the development of the enterprise competition and knowledge economy era.In the process of the development of family enterprises in China,more and more demand for knowledge staff recruitment and employment,the knowledge staff's incentive and management also has certain problem.In this article,through questionnaire survey,in-depth research and analysis of A family enterprise knowledge staff's incentive mechanism,and incentive factors affecting working enthusiasm,in order to provide the basis for A family business management to improve.In the research on the basis of predecessors about the motivating factors,from the salary,benefits,corporate culture,personal growth and team building level 4 Ⅰ dimension to design the questionnaire,and on the basis of subdivided into 14 class II dimension and 40 level III dimension.By the method of hierarchical classification,the investigation object is divided into two major categories of technical personnel and management personnel knowledge staff,the statistics of the questionnaire data,and make the subsequent data analysis.Questionnaire overall data analysis,the importance of management and satisfaction index are higher than that of technical personnel,management personnel of the average importance index(4.239)is higher than the average importance of technical personnel index(3.712);Management of average satisfaction index(3.445)is higher than the average satisfaction index of technical personnel(3.195).By means of a family enterprise knowledge workers on the importance of the incentive factors and the degree of satisfaction analysis found that technical personnel think high importance but satisfaction low class II dimension motivating factors including salary,career planning,training,study,work itself.Managers think high importance but satisfaction low class II dimension motivating factors including the job itself,training study and promotion opportunities,career planning and working atmosphere.Such importance factor is higher,but not satisfied,respectively,with technical personnel and management personnel work motivation has a great influence,is a realistic problem urgently to be solved in a family business,is also the foundation of enterprise sustainable development.This article through to a family enterprise knowledge staff questionnaire data analysis,were put forward in view of the technical personnel and management personnel incentive mechanism optimization countermeasures.In view of the technical personnel optimization countermeasures:(1)to carry out targeted training,improve their professional skills.(2)pay attention to non-material incentives,improving participatory management;(3)improve the career development channel,carry out internal job rotation system;(4)improving the assessment of c&b system.For the optimization of management countermeasures:(1)set up training course system,improve management skills.(2)improve the management personnel agency system,duly authorized;(3)strengthen the promotion for the qualification management,form can under the mechanism;(4)improve the management of the career development path;(5)hold good trust and the scale of the monitor,create a good working atmosphere. |
