Employees are the most important resource, a business to grow, we need human resources to support. In the modern enterprise managers, due to excessive attention to corporate interests, ignoring the interests of employees, resulting in the internal environment is not fair, not to protect the interests of employees, so that there is a serious problem of staff turnover. Staff turnover will lead to the loss of corporate resources, and even shake the stable development of enterprises, lack of attention to this problem, a serious impact on the healthy development of enterprises will. How to govern staff turnover problems, and better retain talent, it is an important topic of contemporary human resource management faces.This will be an example W Company, literature reference method, theory and practice law, summarized method factors affecting the flow of new media staff to expand research. In the definition of new media development, characteristics have a certain understanding of the basis of analyzing the phenomenon of W Company’s turnover, and analyze the status of employee turnover before management and human resources of the enterprise, and turnover for the W Company influencing factors were analyzed. Each of the internal and external environment are analyzed, we learned that insufficient attention to employee benefits, incentive pay is not at night, lack of staff training and mental stimulation is not in place is a major internal factors. In the external environment, industry competition, product homogeneity serious, leading to fierce competition for industry professionals, as well as a large space to quit. W Company HR department from investigation and analysis, the main factors affecting turnover is W Company internal pay unfair, inflexible salary modulation, lack of innovation ability.This paper argues that W Company affinity to strengthen corporate culture, in the reasonable needs of institutional security staff, in the spirit of improving employee reliability, improve the working environment of harmony, increase research demands new employees, as well as to strengthen the innovation, attention to employees provide innovative development platform, but also change management concepts, human-oriented management, strengthen the construction of employee relations, and promote the common development of enterprises and employees.
