Knowledge worker management catches the attention of management scholars from the 1950 s. Knowledge workers are different from general laborers, they have their own uniqueness. American scholar Dale Neef wrote the "knowledge economy", he said in the introduction: "In the new knowledge-based economy, companies can not keep growing by low-skill or low-wage employees in the way of repeatedly producing goods.”Today, the development of enterprises rely on innovation, innovation relies on knowledge, the person(or organization) will increase its product’s share in total output,when it get the best use of their knowledge advantage. Knowledge worker management is particularly important for knowledge-based organizations.The media industry development is relied on the knowledge workers of its own, it is very important for the media organization whether or not the knowledge workers are well be managed. In recent years, more and more intense competition happened in the media industry, but some media management were still in the way of administrative institutions of management, which was lack of management science. It is bad for the media organization, while it’s suffered no talent knowledge workers but on the other side there is a large number of employees waste. The knowledge workers create enthusiasm has not been improved.Based on the analysis of A television media knowledge workers’ demand factors, we can identify A television media problems, and make recommendations.In this study, Mahen Tampoe’s model as the main analytical tool, combined with China’s media characteristics of knowledge workers, we have increased the demand for external support elements in the form. Based on the findings of the analysis of the demand situation A television media knowledge workers, we compare the conclusion with the different study conclusions, and analyze the characteristics of A television media knowledge workers demands. Based on the above analysis, we can identify A television media the knowledge worker management issues, and make recommendations.
