High-resolution oscilloscopes are becoming a very important part of electronic test equipment,it has a higher measurement accuracy than ordinary oscilloscopes,can better observe the details of the signal,with a higher signal to noise ratio.JESD204 B serial transmission protocol is becoming more and more popular in recent years,it has a huge advantage than the traditional parallel transmission,.It is more obvious in high-resolution ADCs.Time-interleaved ADC(TIADC)is an effective way to improve the sampling rate,but there is very little research about TIADC system of the JESD204 B serial transmission protocol and even no relevant domestic coverage.This essay have a research and design of Data Acquisition and Processing Module for High Resolution Oscilloscope.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on TIADC system under JESD204 B serial transmission protocol.The JESD204 B serial transmission protocol is deeply studied,the advantages of JESD204 B over traditional parallel transmission is discussesed,JESD204 B protocol constitutes a stable condition TIADC system is studied.From the system clock,ADC and FPGA,this essay study how to implement the TIADC system under JESD204 B serial transmission protocol.(2)Research on error correction in TIADC system.The error model of TIADC system is analyzed,and the TIADC error estimation method of mathematical statistics and spectrum analysis is proposed.The FIR filter for calibration time error is realized in FPGA after comparing several schemes of digital post correction.(3)Research on three-dimensional mapping module to improve the waveform capture rate in high-resolution oscilloscopes.The parallel architecture of the oscilloscope system is analyzed,and the difference between the high resolution oscilloscope and the ordinary oscilloscope three-dimensional mapping module is compared,and the three-dimensional mapping module in the high resolution oscilloscope is realized.According to experiment and test results,this essay have achieved the TIADC system under the protocol of JESD204 B,the sampling rate of the system is 5GSPS,the resolution is 12 bits.After the correction of the offset error?gain error and time error,the ENOB has reached 8.85 bits.And the three-dimensional mapping module allows high-resolution oscilloscopes to capture waveforms of up to 80,000wfms/s.
