With the development of SoC technology,the chip in such aspects as integration and functional complexity increases SoC system verification complexity and makes the SoC system verification studies of IC industry research to be a hot topic.In this paper,the research on SoC system verification mainly focuses on improving the efficiency of system verification and the completeness of functional point decomposition.This paper analyzes the complexity of SoC system and the complexity of verification that from the research problems of So C system verification,and verify the simulation acceleration technology,and put forward the IPO demand analysis method,which solves the problem of incomplete function of verification function.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the difficulties of SoC system verification are briefly analyzed,and the existing methods of verification methodology are analyzed and summarized,and then the advantages and disadvantages of various verification methods are enumerated.Finally,this paper makes a brief analysis of the involved chip and related protocol.Secondly,the function requirement analysis method is studied in detail,and from the three dimensions of input,processing and output,the detailed analysis of how to verify the function point is decomposed.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme by reducing the simulation time as the starting point,by reducing the dynamic load,simulation acceleration and improving the UVM platform.Finally,the performance analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of the above program.Thirdly,we will study the SoC system verification platform,and put forward the system verification scheme according to the specific characteristics of the chip.For this project,the most concerned about the SD card module and USB module were set up the corresponding verification platform.In this paper,the communication mode and the starting mode of each component of the UVM verification platform are briefly explained,and the various key methods developed in the project are listed.The register test for UVM contains only the problems that the access operation does not cover for other commonly used operations,and this article presents a complete set of register testing processes.Fourthly,the debugging process of verification environment is described in detail,and the result of system level verification is analyzed.The SD card module and the USB module are analyzed and summarized in detail from three aspects: test case extraction,simulation result analysis and coverage analysis,which proves that the method proposed in this paper is effective.Finally,the SD card module in the OS system and FPGA board performance tests,found that the maximum read and write speed up to 4M / s,which proved that the performance indicators to meet the project performance requirements.
